Cody Atkinson

Cody has been training at Bodyfit for over 5 years. He began training and competing in Strongman 2 years ago, never finishing lower than 4th place. He is the winner of Missouri's Strongest Man 2022, Novice Class. He believes Strongman is a great way to breakup normal workout routines while maintaining athleticism and becoming stronger."
