Fitness has been a big part of my life from an early age. I grew up participating in football, jiu jitsu, kickboxing, karate, and basketball. All of these sports taught me about hard work and dedication. Eventually leading to my passion for helping others live a healthy lifestyle. 

My fitness journey started when I was 9 as a martial arts student. I began learning and developing my love for fitness at this time. I found fulfillment in working hard at a sport and seeing positive results. As I grew up and started branching out into team sports, I began feeling achievement in helping others to build something special. This lead to my desire in assisting others with their fitness goals.  

As a trainer, I strive to help clients reach their goals while enjoying the process. I push my clients to set big goals, and help them take the small steps to achieve these goals. My hope is to help each client find a love for health/fitness and to show them that getting in shape will improve their life in multiple ways.
